On June 19, 2025, representatives of
ERNST & PARTNERS took part in the
Second Meeting of the “Central Asia – China” Business Council, held within the
China–Central Asia Industrial and Investment Cooperation Forum. The event brought together government officials, international corporations, and business communities from Central Asian countries and the PRC.
Forum outcomes: over USD 24 billion in investment agreementsDuring the forum,
58 commercial documents were signed with a total value exceeding
USD 24 billion, covering
agri-business, energy, ICT, light industry, logistics, and raw-material processing.
Key projects included:- USD 800 million — investments in deep corn processing (Fufeng Group);
- USD 420 million — establishment of a cotton cluster in the Turkestan Region (Xinjiang Lihua Group);
- USD 650 million — grain processing project in the Akmola Region (Dalian Hesheng Holdings);
- USD 3.7 billion — energy infrastructure and transformer manufacturing (TBEA Company Ltd.);
- Agreements involving Huawei, Energy China, CITIC, YTO Express, and other corporations.
