Kazakh Arbitration on the Global Stage: AIFC at Paris Arbitration Week 2025

For the first time, Kazakhstan showcased its experience on one of the world’s key international law platforms — Paris Arbitration Week.

The AIFC Court and the International Arbitration Centre actively participated in the forum, bringing together lawyers, experts, and representatives of arbitration institutions from around the world.

The main highlight was the signing of a strategic agreement with Jus Mundi, a global AI-based legal platform. From now on, AIFC cases and arbitration decisions will be accessible in over 100 countries. This is not only a step toward transparency but also a strong signal to investors: Central Asia is becoming a zone of legal certainty.
Christopher Campbell-Holt (AIFC):
"We are proud to be part of an event that highlights the growing recognition of Kazakhstan in international arbitration. This strengthens the region’s position on the global investment map."
Jean-Rémy de Maistre (Jus Mundi):
"This is our first collaboration in Central Asia — and it will provide investors worldwide with access to legal information."
Thus, the participation of the AIFC Court and the International Arbitration Centre in Paris Arbitration Week emphasizes Kazakhstan’s commitment to strengthening its position in the international legal and investment environment, as well as building trust with the global business community.
